“Kouign amann means “butter cake” in Breton and has existed since the 19th century. We have been making this quintessentially Breton pastry for almost 40 years in Northern Finistère from French ingredients. We guarantee a handmade product with pure butter, which is always sugared by hand, and cooked twice to ensure it is caramelised to perfection.”
