Alsace Knack Hot Dogs


Place the knacks into a saucepan of boiling water and cook for 7 min. on low.

Cut the tomatoes and pickles into round slices, finely chop the red onion and shred the lettuce.

Cut the baguette in half, slice each half open and spread with mustard, then add the vegetables and lettuce. Then add the sausages and a drizzle of honey.

Chef’s tip

Add a few grilled onions and a slice of cheddar to your hot dog for some different flavours.
