Savoyard Crozet Pasta Gratin

Preparation :

Cook the crozet pasta in boiling water for 20 minutes.
Peel the onion and dice finely.
Cook the bacon.
Grate the Beaufort cheese.
In 4 small dishes, place the pasta, diced onion, bacon and Beaufort cheese.
Add the fresh cream, salt and pepper and mix.
Bake at gas level 6 for about 20 minutes.
