Smoked duck rolls with pesto

Instructions :

Remove the crust from the bread slices and flatten them with a rolling pin, as you would with pastry, until each slice is 3 mm thick. Using a tablespoon, apply a very thin layer of pesto. Place the slices of smoked duck on top, then add a little pesto. Delicately make into a roll. Then cut the rolls into 6 portions.

Chop the rest of the pine nuts, fry them in the pan and sprinkle them on top of the rolls.

 Cooking tip :
You can replace the pine nuts with fresh basil or crushed walnuts. This recipe can also be made with cured ham and string cheese.
